ICC operates its own wood veneer facility, handling every step from log steaming and peeling to selection and slicing. Veneers can be fully customized to meet client requirements in quality, grain, and thickness, with flexible layup patterns. Standard veneer thickness is 0.5mm, while distressed effects can be produced with thicker veneers of 1.0–1.2mm. Available species include White Oak, Red Oak, Black Walnut, Birch, Hard Maple, Acacia, Mindi, Hickory, Beech, and more.

Through our supply chain partners, ICC offers access to over 500 popular melamine paper designs, including woodgrain matches, stone-inspired finishes, and fabric-look textures. ICC’s factory is equipped with advanced Italian automated spraying systems, paired with Sherwin Williams premium AC coatings. This ensures superior resistance to stains, scratches, and yellowing. All colors can be 100% customized, with optional high-gloss PU finishing available.

The cabinet carcase is crafted from 3/4" plywood with multiple finish options, including oak veneer, walnut veneer, melamine, and solid paint colors. All materials meet U.S. CARB P2 and EPA standards, with FSC-certified wood available upon request. Drawers are made from solid wood, with choices of white oak, walnut, birch, or rubberwood—each offering its own distinct style.
